Had my first appointment with Sophie, she was so welcoming and approachable. She explain everything clearly , I never felt rushed or pressured into having the treatment. The salon was stunning with lots of useful leaflets offering treatments. I was sent away feeling very informed and comfortable, even had a goodie bag. I can’t wait to return.

Sophie was SO kind and so knowledgeable and really guided me at the start of my skincare journey. The appointment didn’t feel rushed, Sophie took time to consider my treatment options with me and explained pros and cons, giving me time to think about things - no marketing or pushing for decisions and was completely transparent throughout, sharing her knowledge and experience. The clinic is so gorgeous, such a relaxing space to be in. Honestly I felt so safe with every step.
